
Arugula Prosciutto Balsamic Flat Bread

What better appetizer to enjoy with a chilled glass of Callie Collection Pinot Grigio than a delicious Arugula Prosciutto Balsamic Flat Bread!

Ingredients
1 frozen flat bread of your choice (I went with pesto, tomato, and mozzarella as my base)
2 handfuls of arugula
2-3 slices of prosciutto
2-3 figs (diced)
2-3 basil leaves
1 tbsp good balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp EVOO
juice from half a lemon
Parmesan shavings
Salt & Pepper
Instructions

Bake the flat bread according to the box directions

Let cool

Combine arugula, lemon juice, figs, EVOO, and salt & peper in a bowl.

Toss to combine

Top the flat bread with the arugula salad

Tear prosciutto and basil on top and drizzle with balsamic vinegar
